Return Policy

Because of the nature of our products, any requests for Tartella product refunds or exchanges will be taken on an individual basis. While we do want EVERY customer to be completely satisfied with their order, we cannot accept returns on paper products that have been opened & handled, bent, etc. If there is a problem with your order, please email us at: contact@tartella.com within a week of receipt of your order with your concerns. We will respond with a solution as soon as possible. If a return/exchange option is available, please note that we do not reimburse any additional shipping cost(s) you may incur when returning or exchanging item(s), unless the shipment inventory was incorrect.

Please note that every effort has been made to display as accurately as possible the colors and size of the products that appear on the tartella.com website.   However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor will display any color 100% accurately.

Tartella assures the security of your personal information, and respects your right to privacy. We will never give or sell your personal information to anyone else. Tartella does maintain a mailing list, to which information is sent once or twice annually- and generally via email. You will be asked to join this mailing list.
